• First inspection with a new tenant to confirm the condition of the property at the start of each tenancy with reports completed.
• 3 monthly routine inspections with full reports available.
• A full inspection of the property at the end of each tenancy before the bond is released
• We have our own commercial cleaners to bring your property up to 5 star standard upon tenant departures
